The Fruza mission:
cleaner taste.
better consistency.
stronger reliability.

Three principles guide every decision we make about Fruza. Ingredient discipline for cleaner taste. Batch-level QA for better consistency. Long-term range commitment for stronger reliability. These are not marketing slogans. They are operational rules we enforce on ourselves.

Topic: Brand values plus commitments
The short answer

The Fruza mission rests on three principles. Cleaner taste through zero restricted substances, pharmaceutical-grade bases plus UK/EU-sourced concentrates. Better consistency through batch-level quality control where every production run is individually tested rather than spot-checked. Stronger reliability through long-term range commitment, keeping every core flavour in stock rather than rotating discontinuations. These three principles translate into verifiable operational practices, not just brand copy.

The mission in numbers

Three numbers
prove the mission

Ingredient standard, batch testing rate plus range stability. Three numbers that translate the mission into measurable operational commitments.

0

Restricted substances

Zero diacetyl, acetyl propionyl, acetoin or any other MHRA-flagged ingredients across the full Fruza range.

100%

Batches tested

Every production batch gets individual QA. Not spot-checked. Nicotine strength, fill volume, seal integrity all verified.

0

Discontinued flavours

Every Fruza core flavour is still in stock. None dropped since launch. Customer favourites stay on the shelf.

The philosophy behind the mission

Most vape brand mission statements are marketing copy. Fruza’s mission is a set of operational rules we enforce on ourselves every production cycle.

Mission statements in the UK vape industry mostly sound identical. “Premium quality, innovative flavours, customer-first service.” Every brand claims them. Few back them up with specific measurable commitments. We took a different approach when building Fruza. Instead of drafting marketing copy first plus trying to live up to it afterwards, we identified what we would actually enforce on ourselves across every production cycle then wrote the mission around those rules.

The result is three principles with concrete operational meaning. “Cleaner taste” means our ingredient list is published plus every ingredient is verified free of MHRA-restricted substances. “Better consistency” means every batch gets individual QA rather than the industry norm of spot-checking every 10th batch. “Stronger reliability” means we promise to keep every core flavour in stock rather than rotating discontinuations like some competitors.

These commitments cost money. Individual batch testing costs more than spot-checking. Long-term range commitment removes the option to kill underperforming flavours to free up warehouse space. Refusing restricted substances removes access to the cheaper flavour concentrates those ingredients unlock. We accept the costs because breaking any of the three principles would undermine customer trust that we have spent years building.

Why consumers should care

Vape customers in the UK have real reason to question industry practices. The disposable vape scandal that led to the April 2025 ban was partially driven by brands cutting corners on ingredients, compliance plus sustainability. Mass-market nic salt brands churn flavours every quarter then wonder why customer loyalty stays low. Recipe consistency varies between batches at many brands because batch-level QA is expensive plus many brands skip it.

Fruza’s mission exists to be visibly different on each of these dimensions. You can verify our ingredient discipline through MHRA notification paperwork. You can verify our batch consistency by buying the same flavour across months plus noting the taste stays identical. You can verify our range stability by checking that flavours you tried a year ago are still available today. Every principle is operationally verifiable rather than purely marketing.

  • Cleaner taste. Zero restricted substances, pharmaceutical-grade bases, UK/EU concentrates.
  • Better consistency. 100 percent batch testing, locked recipes, no substitutions.
  • Stronger reliability. Long-term range commitment, no quiet discontinuations.
  • Verifiable. Every commitment backed by operational practice you can check.
UK authority source check. Fruza production complies with the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (gov.uk) plus holds valid MHRA GBID notifications across the full range. Batch testing practices reflect Fruza’s own QA protocols plus UK General Product Safety Regulations. Ingredient discipline claims are verifiable through MHRA notification dossiers submitted for each product. UK Local Authority Trading Standards provides additional oversight.
The three pillars

Three principles
three operational promises

Each pillar has concrete proof points we can show rather than claims we can only state. Here is what each principle looks like in practice.

01
Pillar one

Cleaner taste

Every ingredient in a Fruza bottle is chosen for safety first, taste second. Pharmaceutical-grade VG plus PG. Food-grade concentrates. Zero ingredients on any MHRA restriction list. The result is flavour that tastes like what it claims to taste like without chemical aftertaste.

What it means in practice
  • Zero diacetyl in any bottle
  • Zero acetyl propionyl or acetoin
  • UK/EU suppliers only with CoA on file
  • Independent lab testing every batch
02
Pillar two

Better consistency

A bottle of Cherry Raspberry Ice bought today should taste identical to one bought next year. Every recipe is locked in writing. Every batch goes through individual QA. No unannounced formulation tweaks. No substitute ingredients when suppliers change.

What it means in practice
  • 100 percent batch-level testing
  • Locked recipe files for every flavour
  • Supplier changes require re-testing
  • Nicotine strength verified to ±2 percent
03
Pillar three

Stronger reliability

Fruza flavours stay in the range long-term. No quiet discontinuations when sales dip. No seasonal rotations that leave favourites unavailable half the year. Once a flavour passes our quality threshold it stays available. Your customer loyalty earns long-term access.

What it means in practice
  • Zero flavours discontinued since launch
  • 9-flavour range held stable long-term
  • New flavours add to not replace range
  • Stock levels monitored weekly
The gap we refuse to close

Industry norm
vs Fruza approach

Five places where typical UK vape brands cut corners plus where Fruza refuses to follow. Each row contrasts the industry norm with our operational practice.

Operational contrast

Five places the gap shows up

The industry norm column reflects practices common across UK mass-market vape brands. The Fruza column shows our operational standards on the same dimensions.

Industry norm
Fruza approach
Common practice

Spot-check batches every 10-20 production runs. 80-90 percent of batches go untested.

Our standard

Individual batch testing 100 percent of the time. Every single batch verified before release.

Common practice

Discontinue flavours quarterly based on sales. Customer favourites disappear after 6-12 months.

Our standard

Long-term range commitment. Zero discontinuations since Fruza launched. Favourites stay available.

Common practice

Substitute cheaper concentrates when suppliers raise prices. Flavour profile drifts between batches.

Our standard

Locked recipe files. Supplier changes require full re-testing before any batch release.

Common practice

Launch 5-10 new flavours per quarter to chase trends. Quality gates get skipped for speed.

Our standard

One or two new flavours per year max. 7-stage development cannot be shortcut.

Common practice

White-label production with limited ingredient visibility. Brand owner often does not know everything in the bottle.

Our standard

Full supply chain ownership. Every ingredient traced through Dispergo paperwork.

Our formal commitment

Signed
commitment

A formal commitment from Dispergo’s CEO to uphold the Fruza mission in operational practice. This is the promise we sign our name to.

Certified UK MADE MHRA
The Fruza commitment

Signed into practice across every Fruza bottle

I commit that every Fruza bottle leaving Dispergo’s facilities has passed individual batch QA, contains zero MHRA-restricted substances plus was produced to a locked recipe with full ingredient traceability. If we discontinue a core flavour we will announce it publicly at least 90 days in advance. If we change a supplier the new formulation gets re-tested before any batch ships. If a customer ever finds a Fruza bottle that fails these standards we will refund the full order plus investigate the batch.

Commitment 1

100 percent batch QA on every production run without exception.

Commitment 2

Zero restricted substances in any Fruza flavour across the full range.

Commitment 3

90-day notice on any discontinuation so customers can stock up.

Frequently asked

Mission questions

What is the Fruza mission?
The Fruza mission has three principles. Cleaner taste through ingredient discipline plus zero restricted substances. Better consistency through batch-level quality control on every bottle. Stronger reliability through long-term range commitment that stops us discontinuing flavours our customers love. These three principles guide every decision from concept to bottle.
What does cleaner taste mean for Fruza?
Cleaner taste means we refuse to use restricted ingredients. Zero diacetyl, zero acetyl propionyl, zero acetoin plus zero other MHRA-flagged substances. Only food-grade flavour concentrates from UK plus EU suppliers with full Certificate of Analysis documentation. Pharmaceutical-grade VG plus PG. The result is flavour that tastes like what it claims to taste like without chemical aftertaste.
How does Fruza deliver consistency?
Every production batch gets batch-level QA covering nicotine strength accuracy, fill volume, seal integrity plus label compliance. Each recipe is locked in writing plus followed exactly across every batch. No last-minute ingredient substitutions. No unannounced recipe tweaks. A bottle of Cherry Raspberry Ice bought today should taste identical to one bought 12 months from now.
Why does Fruza commit to long-term range reliability?
Customers hate buying a flavour they love then finding it discontinued six months later. Fruza commits to keeping every core range flavour in stock long-term. Once a flavour is in the core range it stays there unless the formulation becomes impossible to sustain. The 9-flavour range is small enough that this commitment is practical. Larger brands with 50+ flavours often rotate discontinuations which breaks customer trust.
How is Fruza different from mass-market vape juice?
Three main differences. First, ingredient discipline: zero restricted substances plus pharmaceutical-grade bases. Second, batch-level QA rather than spot-checking: every production run is tested individually. Third, long-term range stability rather than churning flavours quarterly. Mass-market brands often cut corners on at least one of these three dimensions. Fruza refuses to compromise on any of them.
