The device itself comes with a 0.7ohm pod, to use it simply fill with your e-liquid of choice by pulling out the rubber stopper, wait 5 minutes, and then inhale the vapour as you would with a cigarette. The pods are refillable and can be refilled numerous times, when the vape begins to taste not as desired (or burnt) then dispose of the pod and replace with a new one. The pods can be purchased seperately.
